MOZZARELLA STRIPS (JULIENNE CUT)
Description: Stringy cheese made from milk curd, with the addition of milk enzymes. The fibrous pulp melts when heated, producing the typical stringy effect of mozzarella cheese.
Presentation: Cut into strips 4-5cm long, 2mm wide and thick, packaged in a protective atmosphere in 3kg preformed trays or in a bag of 2.0 kg in a protective atmosphere.

Pre-moulded propylene food-safe tray, sealed with pre-printed film, marked and labelled in compliance with the law. The use-by date and the lot number are printed indelibly on the lid. Packaged in a protective atmosphere using materials providing a permanent barrier.
You can reuse this tray to preserve your foods and it can be used also in the microwave.
